All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We know that making a cushion purchase is a big decision so we are on hand to help with any queries you may have:
1) We offer a fast response on messages to advise and help on any queries you may have regarding pattern, sizing, colour, fabric sourcing and so on. Please note that we will always help as much as we can but we cannot be held responsible in instances where the incorrect size is ordered.
2) We offer a 48 hour cooling off period after the order is placed before any material is ordered or production is started. Within this time period, you can cancel or amend your order.
3) A sample service - for a one off cost of 85p, we send out fabric & piping swatches so that you can ensure that you like the fabric and are happy with the colour, feel and pattern for your decor.
